I just purchased my first Canon EOS 7D DSLR camera a couple of weeks back and I’m particularly loving it. I actually waited several months before buying it saving every peso I can along the way. I was torn between buying a low-cost entry level DSLR camera and just investing in awesome lenses but I thought that since I’m transitioning to semi-serious photography anyway, might as well get an awesome DSLR body first. The lenses can come later.

Finally, Kizuna Satellite will be tested for home use on between November 15 and 24. This is what the JAXA website says. The lucky village is Ogasawara in Japan. That village will get to test the claimed 155Mbps upload/download time of the Kizuna Satellite.

My iPhone is now officially fried. I can no longer charge it to its full capacity. I don’t know what happened but it’s been giving me fits. And since I don’t usually linger on a problematic thing, I’ve decided to move on.

These new Apple products simply blows away any self-respecting geek’s brain. It’s amazing how these products can be very, very sexy. I’m actually at a loss for words to describe how excited I am about these products. These babies have completely rearranged my wishlist for christmas this year.

I’ve been thinking of upgrading my Sony DSC-H7 for some time now. It has served me well in my travels around the Philippines and I’ve had great memories with it. But the thing is, there are certain shots that I’d like to do and my trusty little point-and-shoot can only do so much.
