The Apple 3G S Is Almost Here

iPhone 3G S will be available in the US on June 19 for a suggested retail price of $199 (US) for the 16GB model and just $299 (US) for the new 32GB model in both Apple and AT&T’s retail and online stores, Best Buy and Wal-Mart stores.

So Apple’s big announcement of the iPhone OS 3.0 came and went. There were no discussions about a new iPhone hardware coming soon, just a software driven upgrade to the iPhone they call iPhone OS 3.0. Some would argue that these features should have been present in the iPhone right from the start.
