Man, I wish we have inflight internet for domestic travel in the Philippines. The flights here range from less than an hour to two and there’s pretty much nothing to do. Philippine airlines still serve snacks and they let you borrow the day’s newspapers but apart from that, nothing. But since I barely fly PAL nowadays and opt to go for the low cost Cebu Pacific Airlines, this doesn’t do anything to me since Cebu Pacific Airlines doesn’t even give you anything at all. True, there’s the inflight magazine but when you’re flying at least twice a month, that magazine’s old hat.
That’s why I’m really feeling envious of these First World countries with their inflight internet and all. Read this article so we can cry together if you’re in the same boat.
I really wish the two biggest airline in the country would think of doing something like this. But I guess that’s almost like Pnoy asking God to give him his hair back. Futile.
