Category: How do you like me now? I’ve decided to simplify my look this year with this new blog theme called technology blogging. The cool magazine style template wasn’t really working for me; too many asides and the recent posts were relegated to a title and to the sidelines. I was having difficulty as well with the page titles. Something funny happens everytime I opened a post. It wasn’t worth the coolness.
This new theme was released only this year, which means that probably only a few folks are using it so far. I’m thinking of customizing it some more so I wouldn’t have to change this blog’s look for at least a couple of months. I do hope though that I don’t end up breaking this template like what I’ve done with the countless other templates.
One thing noticeable thus far is that I’ve changed the header logo to show my country’s national hero. I’ve dropped the Go, Blog! tagline and replaced it with thirdworldgeek, with these three words colored with the colors of the Philippine flag. I’m feeling kinda patriotic these days so please bear with me.
Third World Geek will be this blog’s name moving forward and hopefully it will remain that way. Here’s to this blog’s stability. lol.
